Roles responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day cargo operations and ensure service standards are consistently met
- Manage compliance with aviation, customs, and security regulations
- Lead and develop cargo teams, fostering a strong culture of safety, quality and performance
- Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and control costs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Manage budgets and ensure financial targets are achieved
Technical skills
- Proficient in cargo management systems and end-to-end operational processes
- Strong understanding of aviation safety and regulatory compliance
- Dangerous goods handling knowledge and relevant certification
- Ability to use data analysis and reporting tools to monitor and improve performance
- Experience with budgeting, resource planning, and cost management
