Job summary
Fuelling Supervisors ensure fuelling operations are delivered safely on time and consistently in line with service level standards set for both on time and station performance. They play a key role in maintaining safety standards, coordinating fuelling schedules, and support wider airport operations. This role is crucial to ensuring compliance, a strong team performance, and continuous improvement across fuelling services.
Roles responsibilities
- Lead day to day operational fuelling performance, ensuring strict adherence to safety and operational procedures
- Coordinate daily fuelling schedules in line with flight operations and turnaround requirements
- Monitor fuel quality control processes and ensure contamination checks are completed accurately
- Conduct team briefings, safety audits, and on-the-job training
- Liaise with ground operations, flight crews, and fuel suppliers to ensure smooth and timely service delivery
- Maintain compliance with environmental regulations and spill prevention protocols.
Technical skills
- Equipment operation (fuel trucks, fuel systems)
- Knowledge of safety procedures and aircraft handling protocols
- Proficient in radio communication procedures
- Fuel quality control, including sampling, testing and contamination checks
