Serving the coastal town of Tivat and the surrounding area, Tivat Airport is one of two international airports in Montengegro. Due to its location in a tourist area, it is a highly seasonal airport and can be found 8 kilometres (5 miles) form the centre of Kotor, and 20 kilometres (12 miles) northwest of Budva.
