Located to the north of the Island, in the municipality of San Cristobal de la Laguna, Tenerife North–Ciudad de La Laguna Airport, formerly Los Rodeos Airport, is just 10 kilometres from the capital (Santa Cruz de Tenerife). It is the smaller of the two international airports on the island of Tenerife, Spain, situated 11 km by road from Santa Cruz and at an elevation of 633 metres.
