Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport is located 16 kilometres (10 miles) from both downtown Minneapolis and downtown Saint Paul. Terminal 1 is named after aviator Charles Lindberg who’s first solo flight took off from the site, and Terminal 2 is named after former Vice President Hubert Humphrey.
