Opened in 1954, Cape Town International Airport is the main international gateway to the Cape Town metropolitan area of South Africa. It’s the second-busiest airport in the country, and third in Africa. Handling flights to several destinations in Africa, Europe and Asia, it is located in Matroosfontein, approximately 20 kilometres (12 miles) from the city centre. We provide ground services and air cargo services. Air Menzies International (AMI) are also located here.
