Originally a military airport used by the British Royal Air Force during World War II, Kotoka International Airport was named in honour of Lieutenant-General Emmanuel Kwasi Kotoka and can be found in Ghana’s capital city, Accra. It’s the largest airport in Ghana covering 300 hectares and home to a 3400-metre runway. Menzies now offers both ground services and air cargo services. It also operates a lounge.
