Menzies Aviation teams at Puerto Vallarta (PVR) and Cancun (CUN) received awards from Southwest Airlines last month.
Presented at the 2018 Ground Ops, Provo and Cargo Station Awards, the awards recognise stations that assisted Southwest in realising their vision of being the safest, most reliable and most efficient team operating in the airline industry.
Cathy Miles, Category Manager for Southwest, said: “I wanted to give my thanks to Menzies Aviation and your teams in CUN and PVR. This recognition is down to the wonderful service provided Southwest in 2018.”
PVR won International Station of the Year and International Baggage Service Office (BSO) of the year. The award is presented only to stations which deliver safe and reliable operations with outstanding hospitality; the BSO award recognises a reliable, efficient baggage service office.
CUN was awarded Best in Class Station of the Year, which is awarded to the station that consistently delivers a reliable, hospitable, and safe culture.
