Menzies Aviation launches Quick Pay, powered by PayCargo, to simplify cargo payments

Menzies Aviation, the leading service partner to the world’s airports and airlines, has announced the launch of Quick Pay, a new payment capability on its Menzies Aviation Cargo Handling (MACH) customer portal, designed to simplify cargo payments and support faster cargo release for customers.
Delivered in partnership with PayCargo, Quick Pay enables cargo customers to view charges linked to an Air Waybill (AWB) and complete payment through PayCargo, either using an existing account or guest checkout. The new capability reduces the need for manual payment steps or account setup requirements, helping customers complete payments quickly and improving efficiency at one of the most time-sensitive stages of the air cargo journey.
Quick Pay is the latest capability available through the MACH customer portal, which is designed to provide customers with greater visibility and control across the cargo journey. In addition to enabling payments, the portal allows customers to track shipments using an AWB reference and access information about Menzies Aviation’s global cargo network. Since its launch in 2023, MACH has been deployed across 49 airports and has processed more than 1.6 million air waybills.
As the platform continues to evolve, Menzies Aviation will introduce additional capabilities designed to simplify the customer experience, improve visibility and support more efficient cargo operations across its global network.
Rory Fidler, SVP Cargo Technology, Menzies Aviation, said: “The launch of Quick Pay is an important step in the evolution of the MACH customer portal and supports our wider digital transformation journey. By working with PayCargo, we are making it quicker and easier for customers to complete payments, helping reduce friction, improve visibility and keep cargo moving.”
Historically, cargo payment workflows have often involved manual processes and account setup requirements that can delay cargo release. Quick Pay provides a simple and secure way for customers to view outstanding charges, review payment details and complete transactions through PayCargo.
Eduardo Del Riego, Global CEO, PayCargo said: “Speed and certainty are critical in air cargo, and payments should never be the reason cargo is delayed. We’re proud to partner with Menzies Aviation to give their customers a simpler way to complete payments and accelerate cargo release. Together, we’re continuing to digitize the air cargo payment experience and help move cargo more efficiently around the world.”
Quick Pay forms part of Menzies Aviation’s wider focus on using technology to improve the customer journey, enhance operational efficiency and support frontline teams. Menzies Aviation’s global cargo network spans 73 warehouses and 79 freighter handling locations, handling more than 2.4 million tonnes of cargo annually.
