Types of roles
Station Manager
Leading our operations at an airport, you’ll be responsible for the overall management of our teams and all activities. You’ll carry out high-level planning, development and overall running of a location or region and work closely with your management team to foster relationships with customers and key stakeholders to expand our customer base and grow our services. Managing budgets and ensuring operations comply with relevant regulations are also key aspects alongside identifying and developing people so they reach their full potential at Menzies.
Ramp Manager
Working with aircraft, you’ll lead and inspire your team to deliver a safe and secure operation. You’ll be managing people, equipment, rosters, budgets and service level agreements with customers. You’ll draw on your operational experience to ensure all standards, especially safety and security, are adhered to. You’ll use your excellent communication skills to liaise with our customers and other airport teams to build positive working relationships. You’ll also support the senior operational management teams to develop business plans. You’ll spend time identifying strengths and opportunities of your team to continually develop our people and processes.
Customer Service Manager
