Types of roles
Customer/Passenger Service Agent
Greeting customers from all over the world, you’ll assist and guide them through every step of their journey through the airport. From check-in and bag drop, to boarding gates and arrivals, you’ll ensure customers are kept well-informed and are in the right place at the right time. With a keen eye for detail, you’ll be responsible for checking travel documents and being able to remain calm under pressure to provide exceptional customer service.
Ramp Agent
With a range of baggage handling responsibilities, you’ll be a key member of the team looking after the belongings of millions of people travelling to their destinations. Whether you’re loading or unloading, manually or mechanically, you’ll be a safe pair of hands that gets people’s luggage delivered to their destination. You’ll carry out aircraft and equipment inspections and hazard checks, reporting any faults and taking care of the documents needed to get the job done.
Turn Around Coordinator
Being at the heart of our operation you will be coordinating activities to enable a safe, secure and on time departure of flights within a scheduled turn-around time. Whether you’re liaising with the flight crew, preparing flight documents or supervising the activity around the plane, you’ll ensure everyone has the information they need at the right time while also following airline-specific procedures.
Cabin Presentation Agent
Making sure planes are spotless has never been more important. Whether you’re cleaning the aircraft cabin, preparing in-flight entertainment or restocking supplies, you will be instrumental in enhancing passengers’ travel experience. You’ll work quickly as part of a team to get the job done in a tight time frame.
Cargo Flight Clerk
You’ll play a vital part in ensuring air cargo is received and dispatched on-time. With a range of clerical responsibilities in the office, you’ll support the import and export of our customers’ cargo, ensuring on-time departures and meeting service level agreements. You’ll prepare regulatory documentation by recording information such as cargo weight and dimensions and liaising with internal and external customers to facilitate aircraft weight and balance.
Cargo Warehouse Agent
With a range of cargo handling responsibilities, you’ll be one of a team looking after the safe and secure import and export of our customers’ cargo in the warehouse, ensuring on-time departures and meeting service level agreements. You’ll prepare cargo in a safe manner within required timeframes and take care of the documents needed to get the job done.
Cargo Customer Service Agent
An office-based role, you’ll look after the import and export of our customers’ cargo and play a key role in ensuring that air cargo is received and dispatched on-time. Providing high level customer service, you’ll assist with cargo enquiries and various administrative duties such as data entry, live animal checks and working on projects.
Aircraft Fueller
You’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient fuelling and defuelling of planes. This involves driving and operating fuel vehicles, performing quality control checks on equipment and servicing planes at airports. A high level of concentration is required and you’ll have the ability to carry out simple calculations to ensure the correct loading and balancing of fuel on the aircrafts you’re fuelling.
Lead Aircraft Fueller
You’ll oversee and coordinate a team of fuellers as well fuelling and defuelling aircraft in a safe and efficient manner. Acting as a mentor, you’ll provide on-the-job training to new team members and deliver on-going airline specific training. This role also involves driving and operating fuel vehicles, performing quality control checks on equipment and servicing planes at airports. A high level of concentration is required and you’ll have the ability to carry out simple calculations to ensure the correct loading and balancing of fuel on the aircrafts you’re fuelling.
Fuelling Supervisor
You’ll be responsible for supervising and coordinating the team of fuellers where you are based. You’ll ensure fuellers are professional, safe and efficient while also acting as a mentor to employees. As a leader, you’ll support your team and help them work together. This role also involves driving fuel vehicles and the ability to carry out simple calculations.
