Menzies wins Tianjin Airlines contract at Heathrow

Menzies Aviation Heathrow have successfully won the full ground handling contract for Tianjin Airlines.

This is Heathrow’s fifth Asia-based airline contract win over the last 18 months, alongside Cathay Pacific, JAL Airlines, Hainan Airlines and Beijing Capital Airlines in a growing portfolio of Asia-based customers at the airport. These carriers are well-known for their high standards, especially when it comes to customer service.

Tomeu Mas, VP London Heathrow, said: “This contract confirms our position as the handler of choice and underpins our position in Terminal 3 by increasing our market share. Terminal 3 remains key in our Heathrow strategy and is a key component of our long-term growth plan. Over the last year we have demonstrated that we can provide the service airlines expect, and this contract win is a testament to our performance and endorsement of our corporate values.”
