Contract expansion for Menzies Germany

The Menzies operation in Germany recently celebrated several new routes and contracts.

Hamburg Airport (HAM) has added 2 daily flights for Sun-Air of Scandinavia, flying to Friedrichshafen (FDH).

Munich Airport (MUC) welcomes a new contract with BA CityFlyer, adding 3 daily flights to London City Airport (LCY).

And Frankfurt Airport (FRA) has begun daily flights for Ukraine International Airlines starting on 1 February 2019. This will increase to two daily flights for the Summer season between March and October.

Menzies Germany began operations in March 2017, providing passenger handling services at four of the country’s busiest airports: HAM, MUC, FRA and Düsseldorf.

Ingo Schnitger, General Manager Germany, said: “We are very proud of our hard working staff in Germany. Our team likes challenges and growing with them, and it is a pleasure to see them adapting to a new challenge, either an entirely new customer or a new route for an existing customer.”
