Menzies Client Solutions rewarded for customer care improvements

Menzies Client Solutions (MCS) achieved the 2018 Award for “Best Improved Customer Care Centre” from Air France KLM Worldwide. The prize was awarded based on Customer Satisfaction Survey feedback scores, looking at improvement in scores for January to May 2018 compared with September to November 2017.

Based near Gatwick Airport, MCS provides baggage and customer relations claims handling services and packages for some of the world’s biggest airlines. MCS handles customer care claims on behalf of Air France KLM, and processes approximately 10,000 passenger claims for them each month.

Alessandro Carosi received the highest individual customer feedback scores for the improvement period, and won two free flights anywhere on Air France KLM’s network.

Ryan Machin, Operations Manager MCS, said: “Although there was only one individual prize, this really is a collective achievement that all of our team should be very proud of. We’re constantly assessing our levels of customer service and looking for ways to improve, so it’s excellent to be recognised for the efforts we make every day.”
