LOT Polish Airlines Contract for Menzies Chicago

The Menzies team at Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) have started a three-year ramp handling contract with LOT Polish Airlines.

Starting in December 2018, the team turns 14 flights each week on average throughout the year, providing ramp handling and cabin cleaning services.

LOT is one of the world’s oldest airlines still in operation, having been founded 90 years ago in 1928. Based in Warsaw, the airline flies to 101 destinations across Europe, Asia and North America.

Ian Craft, Director Sales & Commercial Operations, said: “Well done to the ORD team for their great work on this new contract. It was a short notice addition to our services at the airport, with an early commencement when the team stepped in at just a few hours’ notice. Their dedication and professionalism since December has proven that they were the right choice for the airline.”
