Kevin Yarde is Connecticut’s Employee of the Month

Kevin Yarde, Passenger Services Supervisor at Bradley International Airport (BDL) in Connecticut, has been named Employee of the Month for February.

Selected by the Connecticut Airport Authority’s (CAA) Airport Employee Recognition Programme, the selection process uses recommendations for airlines, colleagues and customers who witness exceptional service and performance. They send their nominations to the CAA, who pick one individual for the honour every month.

Kevin supervises 20 people with a focus on Aer Lingus, and was nominated by BDL for his exceptional work.

Trevor Pickle, Regional Vice President - North East USA, said: “Kevin consistently delivers exceptional customer service to passengers and customers at BDL. He is respectful, professional and proactive in everything he does. His positive attitude serves as a great example to the whole team. Keep up the good work, Kevin!”
