easyJet recognises service excellence in Luton

Menzies Luton have been recognised by easyJet for delivering outstanding service over the past few months. easyJet are our biggest customer at the airport, with their Head Office also based at Luton Airport.

Karen Cox, easyJet Director of Ground Operations & Customer Management Centres, said: “Recent service improvement from the Menzies Aviation Luton team has been impressive. The team provide us and ourcustomers with a positive experience, along with delivering some great results. Many thanks to everyone in the team and please keep up the good work and focus.”
