e-Bulletin from John Redmond - SVP Americas

I am delighted to announce a successful start to 2011 on the Business Development front with the award of 2 new Ground Handling contracts at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

On Thursday 3rd March 2011 we commence providing ramp handling and cabin cleaning services to Turkish Airlines new 4-times weekly service from Istanbul operating a B777-300ER.

Then on 28th March we will start providing ramp handling and cabin cleaning services to Iberia 3 times weekly operation to LAX with an A340-300.
Also on 27th March, Singapore Airlines will start operating an A380 daily into LAX and we as the existing Singapore Airlines handler will handle this operation.
And finally, we have agreed a further extension to our agreement with Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) to provide services in Terminal 2.

Turkish Airlines and Iberia become our fifteenth and sixteenth ramp customers in LAX respectively, and demonstrate that we remain the airlines handler of choice at LAX.

Please join me in congratulating Frank Dobbelsteijn and our 1,200+ team at LAX for this strong start to 2011.
