What were you doing before joining MA?
I have extensive experience in Human Resources and Administration across several different industries. The last position I held was in one of the subsidies of the Hong Kong and Shanghai Hotels Group in Hong Kong. 

Why did you decide to join MA?
I like to have new challenges and gain different experiences, airport ground handling was entirely new to me when I joined Menzies and I knew that I could make a success here.

What are you working on now?
Other than Human Resources, I'm excited to have the opportunity to be responsible for the OCD (Operations Control Department). This new challenge allows me to develop and increase my operations management experience so that I can continue to support and contribute to the MFM team.

What has been most rewarding about your MA experience?
There have been various highlights but the trust of the top executives in me, to have someone from back office support personnel to oversee an operations department gives me tremendous enthusiasm and satisfaction, and a real sense being part of the Menzies team.
